It is highly recommend that
you first sign up for our newsletter for updates on news and sales. From there,
you can browse the
different items on the site, and choose an item of your choice. Remember to
select a size and then add the item to your basket.

When you are finished
collecting items into your basket, you will be directed to checkout. Make sure
to fill out your information correctly, such as: street address, apartment
number, phone number and email address. If you would like the delivery to be
sent to a PO Box, make sure to list its number in the order details. Now all
that’s left is to choose the types of delivery and payment, and the package
will be on its way to you!

You can return/exchange items
that you received for free! on the condition that you contacted our customer service center within 14 business days from the
day that you received the items. Ensure that the item is new and was never used, the label and cable tie must be intact upon return.

On your package you will get our buisness address for sending us the package back, you can choose the cheapest option to send it back to us. Please fill the table as per this instructions: 

Check an X in the table marking the appropriate action: item return, item
exchange with another item (indicate the item of choice), item exchange for the
same item in a different color, item exchange for the same item in a different
size.

 

Indicate the reason for the return:

A. The item looks different than its picture on the site.

B. I don’t like the item.

C. Size issue.

D. This is not the item I ordered.

E. The item arrived damaged.

Glue the attached label to the back of the package and send
it from your local post office.

Items may be exchanged twice without cost. On the third time you will be charged for shipping.

You can receive your money back on items that you bought, on the condition that you contact our customer service center within 14
business days from the day you received your items, and that the items are still in their original packaging.

You can return items that you bought on sale, on the condition that you contact our customer service center within 3 business days from the day that you received the items, and that they are still in their original packaging.

Credit can be issued on the website, if you would like to receive a refund then 5% will be deducted from the transaction amount.

You may contact our customer service center in order to make a cash or bank transfer payment.

In addition, you may make a payment using all types of credit cards and through PayPal.

Upon completing the order, you will receive a detailed email listing the order, including a invoice. Once the package is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is on the way to you.

You may contact our customer service center during their work hours in order to change the address on a placed order. After the customer service center open hours you may sent an email with your information to info@ainker.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Deliveries are between 10:00am – 6:00pm, therefore it is best to list the address that corresponds to your whereabouts during those hours.

We recommend that you use our helpful Sizing Guide in order to determine the perfect size. In addition, item’s size and details are listed on each page to help you choose the right size with the assistance of a simple measuring tape.
